  • When you send us a question, please try to include as much information as possible. It is helpful for us to know, for example, if you're looking for sources for a term paper, if you have a deadline, what you've already consulted, etc.
  • Athenaeum staff will end any chat session that is non-professional in nature and block users who violate Library Policy.
