Donate: Tax deductible donations targeted to the Berkshire Athenaeum (Pittsfield's Public Library) are welcome and can be made online with a major credit card.
Make a Memorial Donation to the Berkshire Athenaeum for the purchase of books in honor of someone living or deceased.
Join the Friends of the Berkshire Athenaeum, a membership organization that supports Athenaeum activities with fundraising, volunteer efforts, and programming. Paid membership is available at a variety of affordable levels. Benefits of membership include delivery of the quarterly Friends newsletter as well as early admission to the their very popular used booksales. Membership application also available at our public service desks.
