Overdrive

OverDrive is a free service offered to you by the Athenaeum and CWMARS that lets you borrow digital content like eBooks, eAudiobooks, and eMagazines for readers of all ages. All you need to get started is a library card! Pittsfield patrons now have access to even more titles through a partnership between CWMARS and other library networks.

Kanopy

Library card holders can access Kanopy—the popular on-demand film streaming service—and sign up to start streaming films on instantly by visiting. Films can be streamed from any computer, television, mobile device or platform by downloading the Kanopy app for iOS, Android, AppleTV, Chromecast or Roku.

CWMARS

The Berkshire Athenaeum is part of the largest library network in Massachusetts, Central Western Massachusetts Automated Resource Sharing, Inc. (CWMARS). CWMARS is dedicated to resource sharing and access to information. The network includes public and academic libraries from 495 to the New York State line with more than 8.5 million physical items and ebooks available to borrow by Massachusetts residents.
